Google Adwords Editor for Mac OS X
As I was telling Tim today, I’ve been avoiding working on DigiTarot 2.0 because I know it will consume my life for a period of time. But having downloaded Google’s Mac version of the Adwords Editor, I have a renewed enthusiasm for the project.
The initial launch of DigiTarot in 2003 was accompanied by a small monetary investment in driving traffic to the site via Google Adwords. At the time, you could only manage your ad campaign via the web interface, which could get a tad time consuming. But with a client program, running my Google ad campaign should be much easier.
Adwords is damn good. You can literally buy eyeballs, and the right eyeballs, at that. Converting those eyeballs to customers is the tough part, especially in an environment where users demand tons of free services first. That’s how it’s done though; ask Google.
I may not ever turn DigiTarot into the Google of esoterica, but I’ll have fun trying.
